Delivery is carried out from our warehouses in Canada, USA, and Europe.
Handing Time: 1-3 business days
Average delivery time 10-15 business days.
We only ship to Canada, USA, Australia, Oceania, and Europe. On holiday days (Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving Day), delivery times may increase due to heavy traffic on shipping companies (for example, USPS or Canada Post).
Also, we are not liable because of the actions of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, government decrees, etc.)
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days. If you bought a patch by mistake, or you no longer need it, you can return it to us (the buyer pays delivery). Please save the packaging (do not open).
After the patch arrives at our warehouse, we will check that the patch is intact and has not been used, and will make a refund.
Sew on
You can hand sew or machine sew it on your garment.
It’s the most reliable way to attach the patch on your fabric.
Sewn patch NEVER comes off.
Iron on
You can also attach this patch to your garment using a hot iron. Instructions are included in the package.
There is a chance, the patch won’t stick to the fabric if you don’t follow instructions thoroughly. In this case, you always can sew patch on by hands or by using a sewing machine.
We make all patches with IRON-ON backing. It’s a multipurpose solution, as it gives you a few choices of how patch could be attached to the fabric. You can sew patch or iron it on fabric.
If you need non-standard backing, i.e., HOOP/LOOP, please let us know. We will be happy to make it for you for little additional costs.
